Otis is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support Spain, partnering with country leaders to develop and implement people strategies aligned with the organization’s transformation program. The role will lead the Spain HR team and act as a trusted advisor to leaders to improve communication, employee engagement, development, leadership, and organizational effectiveness, while upholding Otis Absolutes (Ethics, Quality, Safety).

Responsibilities

Partner with Spain leaders to develop people strategies that align with near-term business performance and long-term transformation.
Lead, coach, and develop the Spain HR team as they drive people strategies and programs.
Advise leaders to improve communication, employee engagement, team development, leadership, and organizational performance, focusing on Otis Absolutes.
Evaluate current organization design and effectiveness and optimize based on internal and external trends.
Collaborate with Functional Leaders on talent, strategic workforce planning, and workforce optimization.
Ensure compliance with labor and employment laws; maximize partnerships with works councils and unions where applicable.
Work with global HR Centers of Excellence to support talent attraction, development, engagement, and retention.
Champion Otis DEI initiatives to foster an inclusive workplace and achieve diversity representation metrics.
Ensure robust succession planning for key positions through talent programs.
Support total rewards processes to motivate the workforce with equitable pay practices.
