Texas Children's is seeking a Recruiting Operations Program Manager to lead the technology, processes, and analytics powering the Talent Acquisition function. The role is the primary owner of the Talent Acquisition technology ecosystem, overseeing recruiting systems, operational workflows, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will partner with Human Resources, Information Technology, vendors, and business leaders to optimize recruiting technology, streamline processes, and deliver a seamless experience for candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters.

What You'll Do - Lead Talent Acquisition Technology: Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for Talent Acquisition systems and recruiting technologies; manage configurations, upgrades, integrations, enhancements, and vendor relationships; provide technical support and develop training resources and best practices. - Drive Projects & Operational Excellence: Lead system implementations, upgrades, integrations, and process improvement initiatives; coordinate project timelines, testing, stakeholder communication, and change management activities; evaluate recruiting workflows and implement scalable, efficient processes; establish and monitor service levels (SLAs). - Deliver Data-Driven Insights: Develop and maintain recruiting dashboards, reports, and key performance metrics; monitor data quality and integrity; provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. - Build Collaborative Partnerships: Partner with TA leaders, Human Resources, Information Technology, vendors, and bu
