Responsibilities

What we're looking for:

Revenue Generation: identify and close new business opportunities across core service lines: BPO, IT Outsourcing, HR Outsourcing, and Finance & Accounting.
Strategic Consultative Selling: understand client pain points and architect bespoke outsourcing solutions that drive ROI and efficiency.
Market Expansion: build a robust pipeline of enterprise prospects through networking, social selling, and industry events.
Stakeholder Management: engage with C-suite executives (CXOs, CIOs, CHROs, CFOs) to align services with business goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with operations and solutions teams to ensure smooth transitions from sold to delivered.
10+ years of B2B sales experience in Outsourcing/Managed Services; minimum 3 years in the UK market.
Strong network of senior-level contacts in the UK across industries with outsourcing needs.
Proven track record selling across BPO, HR, IT and Finance domains.
Hunter mindset: self-starter, energized by cold outreach, and able to build a territory from the ground up.
