Moon is seeking a Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for Moon and its sister company, which has 80+ employees, on-site in Glendale, California. You will join as one of the first two recruiters, reporting to the VP of People, supporting both organizations with a full slate of searches across engineers, product managers, and senior leaders. You will run full-cycle recruiting—from sourcing and screening to interview loops, references, offers, and closing—while building pipelines with modern and AI-assisted sourcing. You will own senior and specialized searches (e.g., 3D graphics engineers, .NET full-stack, product leaders), protect candidate experience, and ensure fast turnarounds and clear communication. Qualifications include 3+ years of technical recruiting experience in-house at a startup or top agency; proven success closing senior engineering and leadership roles; data-driven pipeline management; excellent writing and outreach.
