Position overview: The Senior Program Manager will lead a large, cross-country portfolio focused on introducing innovative health products in LMICs, overseeing the full lifecycle of program delivery, including work planning, budget oversight, donor and partner management, and coordination across a distributed, multi-country team. The role carries accountability for program outcomes and may involve line management of junior and mid-level staff. The SPM will shape the cluster's technical and market shaping strategy, guide product landscaping efforts, engage supply-side partners, and support negotiations with manufacturers and donors.
