This on-site role leads a 15–20-person packing team in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment, coordinating personnel, materials, equipment, and workflow to ensure safe, efficient production. Responsibilities include daily team briefings, workforce planning, shift coverage, safety enforcement, 5S audits, KPI monitoring, hands-on troubleshooting, and timely handoffs between shifts. You will coach and develop team members, support the supervisor with staffing and production priorities, and drive continuous improvement. Requirements: prior experience leading a manufacturing, production, packing, or industrial team of 15–20; strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback; familiarity with SAP or other manufacturing management systems and Lean/ TPM/ 5S concepts is preferred.
