Culture Amp is seeking a People Operations Partner in Chicago, hybrid work arrangement (approximately two days per week in the office). This role sits at the heart of delivering a seamless, fair, and human-centered employee experience and will own day-to-day lifecycle operations across onboarding, offboarding, transfers, promotions, contract changes, and leave management, while ensuring jurisdictional requirements are met.

You will partner with the People and Systems Analyst to design, test, and iterate AI-powered tools that transform how People Ops works, bringing operational knowledge of what a process must do and owning the tooling once deployed.
