Purpose of Position: An On-Site Sales Representative serves as the primary point of contact for customers by applying the West Shore Home sales method to secure customer agreements to purchase our products and services.

Key Responsibilities: - Follow a monthly rotating schedule: Weeks 1-2 Mon-Fri 9:00 AM-7:00 PM; Weeks 3-4 Tue-Fri 9:00 AM-7:00 PM and Sat 9:00 AM-2:00 PM. - Conduct sales appointments typically around two hours each. - Attend weekly team meetings and training workshops. - Guide customers through a personalized one-call close sales process. - No cold-calling or lead generation; all leads are warm and pre-set.
