Responsibilities

• Develop and architect scalable full-stack web applications (frontend and backend) for clinical and administrative use.
• Integrate AI/ML components, including large language models, into existing and new applications to support diagnostic or administrative processes (explainable AI).
• Connect applications to clinical primary systems (KIS/HIS) using modern interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7) and ensure smooth data exchange.
• Ensure security by design and data protection compliance (DSG/DSGVO) in collaboration with the data protection officer.
• DevOps & Cloud: build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and manage cloud infrastructure for operation of AI solutions.
• Prototyping: rapid PoC development to evaluate the potential of new AI technologies in daily clinic operations.
• Collaboration: work closely with data scientists, physicians and nursing staff to create user-centric solutions.

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent with strong focus on modern web technologies.
• Development skills in modern back-end (Python, Node.js, Java) and front-e
