Based in Espoo, Finland, the Project Delivery Manager will oversee end-to-end delivery of data center construction projects for atNorth. You will lead data center construction from initiation through commissioning and handover to Operations, coordinating cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to ensure projects meet safety, quality, schedule, and budget targets. Responsibilities include developing integrated project schedules, managing budgets and change control, overseeing procurement and contract negotiations, and delivering governance documentation and cash-flow forecasts in line with atNorth standards. You will collaborate with Operations, Commercial, Sales, and Bid teams to ensure seamless project integration and build strong relationships with municipalities and external partners. A Safety First culture must be championed, with strict compliance to atNorth HSE standards, quality requirements, and local regulations. The role requires a proven track record in data center construction or other high-stakes environments, fluency in English and Finnish, and eligibility to work in Finland.
