We are seeking a Key Account Manager for a VIE assignment based in Barcelona starting September 2026.

As part of the Strategic Partnerships team, your mission is to develop and retain a portfolio of real estate partners and drive performance.

Your responsibilities: - Monitor portfolio performance by designing and tracking analytics dashboards. - Manage and energize your portfolio: train partner teams, conduct regular calls and video meetings to execute action plans, and run business reviews to set partner objectives. - Identify at-risk partners and minimize churn by researching underperformance drivers and proposing solutions. - Improve service quality by collecting partner and client feedback; be the voice of the client/partner. - Collaborate with other Papernest functions (CRM, Product, Operations) to enhance Papernest’s value proposition.
