Parsons is seeking a Project Manager to join the Savannah, Georgia office to support major regional transportation infrastructure projects. As the project manager, you will act as the company representative with the client and subcontractors during project execution, lead external and internal meetings, and work with discipline leads and project engineers to develop, negotiate, and monitor scope, schedule, and budgets on relevant GDOT projects. You will oversee and review technical project deliverables, ensure that all applicable technical standards are followed, and monitor productivity and progress. You will follow up on instructions and commitments, assign tasks and responsibilities to the project team, and be ultimately responsible for the execution of project tasks and deliverables. You will mentor junior staff and promote a high-performance culture, ensure quality processes are continuously followed, and lead the monthly reporting of project financials and metrics. Additional duties may be assigned as appropriate. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (or related technical field), 10+ years of related technical experience in the transportation industry (preferably in Georgia), Professional Engineer (PE) registration, and experience in project delivery with a background in technical design and state-specific design standards. Excellent written and oral communication skills with experience interfacing with clients or subcontractors, along with experience handling business and administrative project tasks such as scope, schedule, budget
