The role focuses on building win-win relationships that support long-term profitability and success for both Loma and our customers. You will develop and execute strategic account plans, conduct regular account reviews, and identify opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and long-term profitability
Conduct regular account reviews to ensure mutual satisfaction and identify growth opportunities
Understand customer needs, challenges, and long-term goals to influence Loma’s innovation and continuous improvement efforts
Analyze client data to identify trends, potential risks, and opportunities; use insights to enhance account management strategies
Monitor market and industry trends and competitor activity to uncover new opportunities for account growth
Lead contract negotiations with key accounts to secure favorable terms for both parties
Address disputes, escalations, or challenges promptly to maintain positive client relationships
Collaborate with sales, marketing, product development, engineering, and service teams to deliver an exceptional client experience
Monitor account performance against agreed objectives and KPIs

Requirements

Previous experience in a key account management or senior sales role
Strategic thinker with exceptional communication s
