The Boeing Company is seeking a highly motivated Experienced Software Engineer to join the Training Systems - Battlespace Simulation Management (BSM) team in Hazelwood, Missouri. This position supports programs in the Air Dominance portfolio and involves developing subsystems for Boeing Flight Trainers such as the Instructor/Operator Station, Brief/Debrief Station, synthetic environments, and core technologies used across flight trainers (graphics, video, networking, exercise management and control).

BSM designs, builds, manufactures, and maintains training devices for a wide range of commercial and military aircraft—from F-15 fighters to Apache helicopters, and NASA's Starliner. Software engineers on the team are responsible for all software lifecycle phases (architecture, design, implementation, and testing) and work in an agile environment with two-week sprints. As an experienced member of the team, you will support the entire product development lifecycle within BSM.
