The company is seeking a Project Engineering Manager to lead a multi-discipline engineering team through design and development of electronic components, equipment, and systems. The role will drive technical, schedule, and budget commitments from product concept through production and field performance. The PEM will be the primary engineering contact for Project/Program Management, customers, Manufacturing, Quality, and other support organizations. Responsibilities include evaluating RFPs, reviewing Non-Recurring Engineering estimates, and coordinating inputs to proposals; approving technical proposals. Manage the execution of all technical activities to meet schedule and budget constraints. Serve as the primary engineering contact for all program activities, communicating and arbitrating technical exchanges with the customer. Lead cross-disciplinary engineering teams, manage resources, conduct status meetings and technical reviews, and track issues to closure. Generate and update the engineering portion of the project’s Integrated Master Schedule; initiate and coordinate design reviews.
