Scrum Master position at Caterpillar Inc. — Solar Turbines, in San Diego, California (onsite). This full-time, in-office role requires a motivated Scrum Master to partner with a global, cross-functional team to design, develop, and implement modern software tools using Agile methodologies. You will help drive the modernization of legacy systems and support the adoption of new technologies and development practices. Responsibilities include collaborating with the product owner, technical architect, business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to deliver modern software tools that support product design, testing, and validation; championing and evolving Agile practices; and driving continuous improvement aligned with industry standards and stakeholder needs. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; minimum 5 years of experience with Agile tools and methodologies, with a track record of driving organizational change; and strong communication skills. Top candidates will have experience modernizing legacy software tools and the ability to advise leadership on technical developments and process improvements. Visa sponsorship is not available; partial relocation assistance may be offered. This position is onsite five days a week in San Diego, CA. Summary Pay Range: $112,704.00 - $169,056.00.
