Key responsibilities: - Support recruitment processes and organize hiring for permanent staff and temporary workers. - Implement corporate-wide HR development tools and adapt them to local site needs. - Advise and support managers and employees on HR and leadership issues. - Create and administer job descriptions, references, and employment contracts. - Be the point of contact for labor and collective bargaining questions; handle HR-related measures. - Maintain the global HR information and training system. - Collaborate with employee representatives. - Organize and supervise apprenticeships (vocational training).
