Responsibilities

Review, code, and process a high volume of accounts payable invoices with proper expense allocation and approved workflows.
Maintain accurate accounts payable records and ensure timely vendor payments.
Prepare and reconcile bank accounts, credit card accounts, and general ledger accounts on a monthly basis.
Perform month-end close activities, including preparing and posting journal entries, recording accruals, and conducting detailed account analysis.
Support the preparation of monthly and periodic financial statements by providing schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
Complete balance sheet reconciliations and investigate discrepancies to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Assist in coding and maintaining the chart of accounts within the current ERP system to ensure correct transactions.
Support financial reporting by preparing variance analyses and other analytical reports for leadership.
Provide documentation and explanations to internal and external auditors as needed.
Collaborate with the accounting team, including
