As a member of Anduril's Talent Acquisition team, you will own full-cycle recruiting for Production Engineering, collaborate with production leaders to define hiring needs, drive process improvements, build talent maps, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience while representing the company brand. You will source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, referrals, and outreach campaigns; conduct a high volume of interviews; and influence hiring manager preferences to improve interview-to-offer conversion. You will build market insights to inform engagement strategies and ensure diverse talent pipelines. Qualifications include 6+ years of high-volume talent acquisition experience, 3+ years working with senior leaders, and experience recruiting for hardware, production, or manufacturing engineering in agency or fast-paced startup environments. You must be able to be onsite/hybrid in Seattle, WA. Preferred qualifications include experience in agency or startup environments, knowledge of ITAR hiring policies, a consultative approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple high-volume pipelines. The role offers a US hourly range of $60–$75, equity grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
