The Restoration Project Manager - Mitigation is part of the first-response Mitigation team, often taking initial calls on short notice, assessing damages, stopping further damage, and initiating immediate mitigation. The goal is to restore the client’s property to its pre-loss condition as quickly as possible. Responsibilities include overseeing on-site manual labor, demolition, equipment setup, taking moisture readings, documenting work in industry-specific software, leading Crew Leads and Technicians on site, ensuring proper procedures and safety, operating Large Loss equipment, and coordinating operations to minimize downtime for stakeholders. The schedule is typically Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, with overtime, nights, weekends, on-call, and some holidays.
