The Retail Construction Project Manager oversees renovations, relocations, and new store construction at Follett retail locations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Location: Westchester, Illinois (United States). Travel up to 40-50% across the United States and Canada may be required.

Responsibilities - Manage all assigned duties of a Project Manager in the Store Design Department. - Ensure accurate invoicing, purchase orders, and receivables; forecast budgets and costs across projects. - Lead day-to-day operations of multiple large-scale projects; minimize risk and keep projects on time and within budget. - Develop and implement quality assurance procedures in line with the company methodology; create detailed work plans, schedules, and project estimates; provide ongoing status reports. - Collaborate with the VP of Store Planning and other leaders to support Marketing in budgets for capital projects; identify opportunities to improve processes. - Communicate project information to leadership and partner departments; identify internal improvements and develop implementation plans. - Monitor status reports of team members across projects; address issues and enforce standard policies and procedures. - Analyze, negotiate, and communicate with project stakeholders when budgets are exceeded; adjust scope as necessary.
