Route Sales Representative
Schwan's Company and its subsidiaries are seeking a Route Sales Representative to place orders and merchandise products to ensure on-shelf availability for grocery shoppers.
What You Will Do - Place orders and drive additional sales by gaining display space and promoting new products - Merchandise products, maintain display space, and rotate stock - Use handheld technology and sales software to complete daily tasks - Build in-store relationships and work effectively with coworkers in a fast-paced environment - Utilize your personal vehicle for daily route

What We Look For - Grocery experience preferred but not required - High school diploma or equivalent - Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and 18 years or older - Ability to safely lift 35 pounds and move frozen product using appropriate equipment - Ability to meet pre-employment background check and drug test requirements
