The ideal candidate will have a consulting background (Big 4 or equivalent), outstanding leadership, and extensive experience managing complex, multi-vendor environments.

Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale digital transformation programs and strategic initiatives. - Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously within scope, budget, quality, and timeline. - Establish governance structures, executive reporting frameworks, risk registers, RAID logs, and executive dashboards. - Serve as primary point of contact for executive stakeholders, steering committees, and C-level executives. - Build and maintain relationships with government entities, enterprise clients, and strategic partners. - Coordinate cross-functional teams including UX, CX, Product Management, Technology, Data, AI, PMO, and external vendors. - Identify program risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans; resolve delivery challenges. - Manage project planning, resource allocation, budgeting, forecasting and financial performance. - Ensure compliance with governance standards, QA, and delivery methodologies. - Facilitate executive workshops, strategic planning sessions, and decision-making meetings. - Mentor project managers and delivery teams; continuously improve PMO practices, delivery frameworks, and operational efficiency.
