Verathon is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer III for a hybrid role based in Bothell, Washington, United States. The Supplier Quality Engineer serves as the primary quality contact with suppliers, assesses new suppliers, and monitors the performance of existing suppliers to ensure the quality system is effective and compliant with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include developing supplier audit processes, managing onsite supplier quality audits to support cGMP compliance, supporting supplier selection surveys and capability studies, and coordinating with internal commodity teams to establish development plans. The role provides quality systems expertise to suppliers (e.g., statistical process control and capability studies), and helps establish policies for incoming inspection. You will monitor inspection effectiveness, resolve supplier quality issues at incoming inspection and on the production line, provide team leadership for projects related to supplier quality, and manage supplier corrective action requests. You will facilitate root cause analysis and corrective action with suppliers, support internal corrective action and material validation teams, and provide training and information to suppliers and internal teams. Ensure compliance and audit readiness of supplier quality files, maintain the supplier quality portion of the ASL, and report supplier performance using defined metrics.
