This is a hands-on leadership role for a principled, results-driven sales leader who can align people, process, and performance to achieve revenue growth and territory execution.

Role Overview - Lead the commercial security sales team in your assigned field office. - Build and coach a productive team to meet and exceed revenue expectations. - Drive business development, customer development, and territory management across assigned markets. - Set territory expectations, touch targets, and quotas for each sales representative. - Track activity to translate marketing efforts into strong sales results. - Protect and grow job and channel profitability while supporting revenue per user growth. - Recruit, coach, motivate, and retain sales representatives to strengthen team performance. - Implement corporate sales and marketing initiatives across the territory. - Partner with National Account Managers to secure National Account business. - Work with other department leaders to align sales operations with customer needs and business goals.
