Labcorp is seeking a Hospital Phlebotomy Team Lead to join our team in Tualatin, Oregon. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with overtime and additional hours as needed. Responsibilities: supervise a team of phlebotomists, monitor performance, conduct site inspections, provide ongoing training, complete new hire and annual competency assessments, manage patient flow, wait times, inventory, and information logs, address customer service issues promptly, review daily/weekly schedules with the supervisor, promote teamwork and effective communication, and perform phlebotomy and site coordinator duties as needed. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; Preferred: 3+ years phlebotomy experience in a clinical/hospital environment; 1+ year specimen processing; current or prior Labcorp experience; phlebotomy certification or completed training from an accredited agency; ability to work in fast-paced/high-volume environments; ability to pass a color vision test; flexibility to work overtime; exceptional customer service; strong written and verbal communication; ability to work independently or in a team; comfortable working with minimal supervision. This role provides exceptional customer service, skilled specimen collections, and represents the company to patients, team members, and clinics, with opportunities for growth within the organization.
