Federal Heath is seeking a Project Manager for our Custom Projects Team in Hurst, Texas (hybrid role with in-office presence at least two days per week). The Project Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of a custom signage project from inception to completion, including costing, manufacturing, installation, and coordination with installers to obtain permits. Responsibilities include reviewing and interpreting site surveys and code checks, preparing estimates and customer proposals, creating purchase orders to suppliers, communicating with Field Supervisors as needed, maintaining job costs, creating and managing change orders, processing accounts payable invoices and customer invoicing, and coordinating customer communications, updates, requests for information, and installation scheduling. You will also maintain internal systems and any customer-specific programs or spreadsheets.
