Build integrations and automation using Claude, GitHub Copilot, ElevenLabs, and n8n.
Design APIs and integrate with external services and systems across the group.
Participate in international projects within the Bauer Group at the intersection of audio, news and outdoor media.
Collaborate with editorial, product and frontend teams to deliver new features.

Strong Laravel framework knowledge (Eloquent, queues, events, artisan, tests).
Proficiency with PHP 8.x and modern object-oriented PHP.
Experience with relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and query optimization.
DevOps experience in AWS.
Full-stack capability — HTML, CSS, JavaScript; knowledge of at least a basic frontend framework (Blade/Vue/React).
Git experience and processes based on code reviews and CI/CD.
Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
English at least B2 level for international projects.
Experience with AI/LLM integrations (OpenAI, Anthropic/Claude) or TTS/STT tools (ElevenLabs).
Knowledge of n8n or other automation/low-code tools.
Experience with high-traffic services (caching, Redis, queues, scaling).
