Reporting to the Senior Recruiting Manager, North America Talent Acquisition, you will partner with business leadership and hiring managers to understand organizational goals and talent needs, with a continued focus on candidate experience, process efficiency, and building Remitly's employer brand.

This role is based in Arlington, VA and requires onsite/hybrid presence.

You will: - Provide consultative partnership to hiring teams, building sourcing strategies and workforce plans for Product & Engineering - Develop a robust pipeline of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management - Manage an effective interview process and participate in interview training across the business - Ensure a seamless candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding - Oversee full-cycle recruiting across a variety of technical functions - Apply knowledge of the competitive landscape and data-driven insights to build effective recruiting strategies - Manage to hiring goals, measure output, and iterate to drive continuous improvement

You have: - 5+ years of recruiting experience, with a focus on technical roles - A track record of successful, multi-year full-cycle recruiting results - Experience building relationships and partnering with executive leaders - Strong sourcing skills and a demonstrated record of hiring results - Closing ability, with experience closing candidates for senior-lev
