Rosendin is seeking an Engineering Team Lead (onsite) to provide technical engineering oversight and design team leadership for assigned projects. This position involves financial and resource planning, directing engineers and designers, coordinating with project managers and owners, and mentoring staff. Responsibilities include developing design scopes, overseeing work plans, supervising technical staff, facilitating coordination with city/state/regulatory agencies, leading value engineering, and acting as Engineer of Record for projects within responsibility. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in engineering, architectural engineering, or construction sciences; typically 8+ years of engineering experience; licensure as a Professional Engineer (PE) in the United States; and field experience. Travel up to 25% (excluding local field visits). This is an on-site role in the United States with project locations including Austin, Pflugerville, Coppell, Dallas, Phoenix, and Sterling.
