Key responsibilities include upholding SOPs and company programs, ensuring policy compliance, modeling and coaching Customer Experience and ART of Selling behaviors, providing Manager-on-Duty coverage, overseeing POS and Self-Checkout operations, managing in-store programs (e.g., balloons, birthday parties), promoting the Loyalty Rewards Program, driving MCC/Extend services where applicable, leading Knit & Sew Shop operations, overseeing BOPIS and Same Day Delivery, supporting Custom Framing operations, and coaching team members through onboarding and development. Partner in Asset Protection to reduce shrink. Minimum 3+ years retail leadership.
