This role collaborates with Purchasing, Production, and GO, and partners with the New Model Development team to achieve cost targets. As a leader, you will support organizational management and maximize results. Location: Raymond, Ohio, United States. This is an on-site role with majority office work. Key responsibilities include planning, executing, and tracking CI initiatives; preliminary cost planning for new models; centralized management of CI ideas in Honda's global CI database; promoting CI in mass production design changes; optimizing supplier manufacturing processes; improving in-house manufacturing processes; developing new suppliers; and formulating parts and procurement strategies with roadmaps to support decision making. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience (or an Associate's degree with 10+ years substituted), 3-5 years of development experience, understanding of development procedures, SEDB functions, and CAE principles; strong drawing/layout skills; planning and scheduling abilities; multitasking; and excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
