ENFRA is seeking an Assistant Project Manager (APM) to support the Project Manager in managing the project lifecycle on assigned projects. The APM will assist with project pricing, budgeting, estimating, detailing, and managing subcontractors and vendors, as well as project scheduling. Responsibilities include helping maintain a safe and secure work environment by coordinating safety meetings and incident investigations; assisting project managers and superintendents in executing the project life cycle; working with the Project Manager to plan and manage the installation of HVAC and plumbing to ensure code compliance and on-time, under-budget delivery; participating in operational, corporate, and departmental meetings as required to achieve project and departmental goals; assisting in preparations of vendor and subcontractor purchase orders, submittals, and shop drawings aligned with contract drawings, specifications, and estimates; actively participating in monthly reports and cost reviews, capturing deviations from plan or schedule; supporting change orders, project documentation, and close-out including commissioning requirements; and contributing to all facets of the project life cycle to develop a career in the mechanical industry. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering; 0-2 years' experience; thorough knowledge of construction technology, scheduling, equipment, and methods; ability to read construction plans and specifications; excellent written and verbal communication; proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel;
