CoStar Group is seeking an accomplished DevOps Engineer to support multiple software products and brands across the organization, including Debt Solution, CoStar Suite, LoopNet, Apartments.com, Homes.com, and Ten-X. Responsibilities include owning and improving performance by applying DevOps practices with an infrastructure-as-code mindset, automating processes, and enabling continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) using modern DevOps tools. The successful candidate will deploy, manage, and troubleshoot containerized applications with Kubernetes and orchestration platforms (e.g., EKS, AKS, GKE, or on-prem Kubernetes), support deployments across cloud and on-prem environments, and ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability. You’ll diagnose infrastructure, deployment, and performance issues across distributed microservices, communicate effectively with IT and business teams, and contribute to a culture of operational excellence. You’ll also assist management with hiring, onboarding, training and performance reviews, and motivate team members while keeping leadership informed of team performance.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited in-person university; 3+ years of experience managing high-traffic websites with a developer-focused mindset; infrastructure as code experience (CloudFormation, Terraform or similar); experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud; familiarity with enterprise
