About the role

Northrop Grumman’s Space Sector seeks a Systems Engineering Manager – Level 2 to lead propulsion systems programs from Promontory, Utah, with periodic assignments to the Bacchus (Magna), Utah location. Responsibilities

Manage systems and integration support for projects based at Promontory, UT
Perform managerial duties such as goal setting, quarterly personnel check-ins, merit/bonus determinations, rewards and recognition, and HR-related activities
Coordinate with customers and program team members to understand the intent and needs of the integrated system
Translate customer requirements into subsystem specifications and derive verifiable performance and design requirements
Support verification approaches and work with engineering teams to develop analyses and tests to support stakeholder requirements
Integrate customer-directed changes into the system and facilitate changes within a change management system
Coordinate and communicate between cross-functional subsystem teams
Develop model architecture for model-based integration of requirements, design, analysis, and verification
Perform other duties
