Citi is seeking a highly motivated candidate for the Equities Electronic Trading Technology Production Support Lead Analyst role on the NY trading floor. The successful candidate will provide L2 production support for mission-critical Equities E-trading applications as part of Citi's global support team. Responsibilities include owning and providing L2 support, monitoring applications and platforms, diagnosing issues, and coordinating with development, QA, business support, and regional teams to determine strategy and priorities. The role requires strong technical direction to teammates and effective communication with stakeholders. The candidate will be part of a globally aligned team that supports regional desks.

Required qualifications: 5+ years of equities support experience; trade floor support experience; FIX protocol knowledge; Python and Perl (Java is supported by the team); Linux/Unix shell scripting; SQL; clear communication and teamwork; demonstrated analytical skills; 6-10 years of application support experience. Nice to have: KDB.
Responsibilities also include ensuring adherence to SLAs, providing timely updates to stakeholders, and following up to resolution. Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm EST.
Salary range: $142,320 – $213,480. Citi is an equal opportunity employer.
