CACI is seeking a Program Manager to lead a large-scale Information Technology Operations Division support program for the U.S. Department of State's Bureau of Diplomatic Security. The Program Manager will provide strategic leadership, operational oversight, and contractual accountability for a diverse portfolio of enterprise IT services supporting global diplomatic security operations. Responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact for the Government Program Office and the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR); leading the execution of all program activities, deliverables, staffing, and subcontractor performance; directing transition and steady-state operations; managing program budgets, staffing plans, schedules, risks, and performance metrics; overseeing service delivery across enterprise IT operations, cloud environments, cybersecurity, network engineering, and infrastructure support; ensuring compliance with Department of State, NIST, FISMA, FITARA, RMF, and agency-specific requirements; leading executive reporting, governance reviews, and operational performance assessments; and driving modernization initiatives while maintaining operational continuity.
