You will collaborate with packaging teams on 2.5D/3D IC testing, perform thermal test analysis, and work with photonic integrated circuits, RF/photonic devices, and related technologies. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; proficiency in Python, Java, and Linux; experience with test equipment (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, logic analyzers, network analyzers); knowledge of signal integrity and transmission line theory; and 3+ years of hardware engineering experience.
