Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides timely and efficient support to Talent Acquisition operations from recruitment through onboarding. This role involves participating in special projects and collaborating with other functional groups to deliver an exceptional candidate and internal customer experience.

Responsibilities include partnering with the Recruiting team to manage day-to-day administrative operations from posting jobs to onboarding; coordinating interview schedules with candidates and internal teams; arranging travel and ensuring related expenses are submitted promptly; identifying opportunities to improve processes that enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience; initiating and monitoring pre-employment screenings; maintaining open and timely communication with candidates, hiring managers, recruiters, and other stakeholders; planning and executing onsite or offsite job fairs; managing new hire paperwork including pre-employment screenings, e-Verify, I-9, benefits, and payroll; supporting Talent Acquisition projects and deliverables; ensuring compliance with HR procedures and training requirements in line with federal and applicable international requirements; and performing other duties as assigned.
