About the role

Eastern Lift Truck Co. is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to join the Talent team at our Dundalk, Maryland location. This high-volume, full-cycle recruiting role will post job requisitions, screen resumes, interview candidates, extend verbal offers, and support onboarding, while partnering with hiring managers across the organization.

Key duties include: - Screen potential applicants and source top talent - Conduct prequalification phone screenings - Prepare candidate write-ups and track candidates in the ATS (Dayforce) - Schedule interviews and manage offers and onboarding - Develop recruiting plans with Hiring Managers and build strong relationships

3–5+ years of recruiting experience
Staffing agency experience a plus
Experience with an ATS
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
Professional image with confidentiality
High energy, “hunter” mentality and positive attitude
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively
Annual base salary of $65-75K
Company-provided cell phone and laptop
