The HR Generalist will serve as an operational partner to business leaders, administering a broad range of HR functions including onboarding, employee lifecycle management, HR systems administration, compliance, reporting, employee relations support, engagement initiatives, and program coordination. American Dream is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our HR team on-site in East Rutherford, New Jersey. The HR Generalist will serve as an operational partner to business leaders, administering a broad range of HR functions including onboarding, employee lifecycle management, HR systems administration, compliance, reporting, employee relations support, engagement initiatives, and program coordination. The role focuses on ensuring efficient HR operations, delivering a positive employee experience, maintaining accurate employee records, supporting regulatory compliance, and assisting with the execution of strategic HR initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities: - HR Operations & Administration: administer and maintain HR programs, policies, procedures, and employee records; respond to employee inquiries; process employment verifications and data updates; prepare and maintain consulting agreements; create and maintain HR reports and metrics; maintain organizational charts; coordinate audits; support year-end HR initiatives. - Onboarding & New Hire Experience: coordinate onboarding for part-time and full-time team members; schedule onboarding sessions; prepare orientation materials; coordinate equipment requests; conduct orientation sessions; coordinate introductions; process badge requests; enter and maintain employee data in Dayforce and other HR platforms; audit onboarding documentation and employee files for completeness and compliance; monitor I-9 completion and training requirements; maintain onboarding resources and materials. - HRIS & Workforc
