We are seeking a Principal Corporate Quality Engineer to advance the enterprise Quality Management System across our global manufacturing and repair network. The role drives standardization of quality processes, leads complex investigations and RCCA/CAPA activities, strengthens supplier quality, and administers the enterprise eQMS with global deployment responsibilities. What You'll Do: Drive standardization and continuous improvement of quality systems, processes, and tools across manufacturing, repair, and PMA operations. Deploy to sites facing capacity constraints, customer escalations, audits, or business-critical projects to stabilize performance and implement sustainable corrective actions. Lead complex investigations and RCCA/CAPA using structured problem-solving approaches; coach site teams on investigation discipline. Support PMA COS activities—partnering with Airworthiness, Engineering, and Site Quality on field events, risk assessments, and lessons learned deployment. Execute enterprise supplier quality strategy through audits, assessments, risk reviews, and corrective action closure. Own eQMS implementation, configuration, governance, workflows, and network adoption. Support internal, supplier, customer, and regulatory audits. What You Bring: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Aerospace, Mechanical, Industrial, Quality, or related). 8+ years in aerospace quality, manufacturing/repair station quality, quality systems, or supplier quality.
