What you'll do - Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires from offer through their first day, ensuring a smooth and engaging onboarding. - Coordinate virtual I-9 employment eligibility verification appointments and ensure documentation accuracy. - Review I-9 documentation for accuracy and completeness. - Initiate and monitor background checks and other pre-employment requirements. - Partner with Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, hiring managers, and practice leaders to ensure onboarding milestones are completed on time. - Monitor Paylocity onboarding tasks and follow up with new hires as needed. - Coordinate system access, onboarding documentation, and first-day readiness. - Maintain accurate records within our ATS, HRIS, and onboarding platforms. - Prepare onboarding reports and support compliance initiatives. - Assist with process improvements and provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.
