Responsibilities

Lead MES projects with formal leadership duties.
Independently drive complex Rockwell PharmaSuite MES projects from planning to go-live, ensuring on-time, budget-compliant delivery in line with customer requirements and quality standards.
Team & Collaboration: provide technical and disciplinary leadership for a growing MES team, mentoring colleagues and fostering team cohesion; ensure members bring their strengths to projects.
Budgeting, Quality & Resource Planning: own project budgets and quality assurance; manage project delivery, coordinate efficient resource use across multiple parallel projects, collaborate with project managers and the Senior Delivery Team.
Strategic development of the business line: work closely with the leadership team to shape the strategic
