Circle Logistics is seeking a Carrier Sales Representative to connect with carrier partners, negotiate freight rates, and coordinate shipments across North America. You will negotiate competitive freight rates, build and maintain a reliable carrier network, manage shipments from pickup through delivery, troubleshoot transportation issues with urgency, monitor market trends and pricing, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver our No-Fail Service commitment. You will qualify carriers to ensure compliance with company standards, and strive to meet and exceed monthly performance goals. The role supports a fast-paced environment requiring strong communication and relationship-building skills. The position is on-site in Chicago, Illinois, United States. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree preferred but not required; experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, athletics, or similar fields is a plus.
