The Retail Sales Manager will lead the sales team at the location, oversee sales performance, and develop staff while building strong customer relationships. Key duties: - Hire, train, and develop a team of sales consultants. - Collaborate with the sales location’s office and operations staff to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction. - Lead implementation and adherence to the Palm Harbor sales system and operating principles. - Demonstrate self-confidence, hard work, a strong work ethic, and a competitive drive. - Exhibit strong interpersonal skills in communication, problem resolution, and motivation of others. - Set clear priorities and provide direction for self and others. - Be disciplined and follow structured, systematic approaches. - Industry experience preferred. - Availability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
