Role and location HR Generalist — Madrid, Spain. Based on-site in Madrid, you will serve as the local HR point of contact for Spain as part of the Iberia HR team, reporting to the HR Lead Iberia. You will work closely with the Iberia payroll and HR Operations colleagues to ensure a smooth employee experience across the full lifecycle.

Role and location HR Generalist — Madrid, Spain. Based on-site in Madrid, you will serve as the local HR point of contact for Spain as part of the Iberia HR team, reporting to the HR Lead Iberia. You will work closely with the Iberia payroll and HR Operations colleagues to ensure a smooth employee experience across the full lifecycle.

Key responsibilities - Employee and labor relations (Comité de Empresa): act as the HR contact for employee representatives and the Workers’ Council, coordinating consultations, communications, and meetings in line with Spanish labor law. - On-site partner: advise managers and senior leaders on HR policies and people matters; escalate to the HR Lead Iberia when appropriate. - Sensitive and complex cases: assist with disciplinary matters and other sensitive situations in coordination with the HR Lead Iberia. - Onboarding, offboarding and lifecycle: manage onboarding, transitions, and offboarding for Spain (Portugal as backup). - HR administration: serve as a first point of contact for HR questions, prepare HR documents, and ensure compliance with local regulations; liaise with the payroll provider. - Training and PRL compliance:
