Based in the London office and working with client teams across the South East, you will manage a diverse range of complex projects, typically valued between £2m and £15m, across the full project lifecycle. Key responsibilities include delivering projects to client objectives, contract management under NEC forms (PSC and ECC), and leading and developing project teams. You will be responsible for financial management, risk management, and ensuring health, safety, quality and environmental standards. The role requires strong leadership, problem solving, analytical and numerical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with senior client representatives. Qualifications include a degree in management, construction or infrastructure, professional affiliations (APM, ICE, CIWEM or similar), and project management certifications (APM/PRINCE2/MSP), NEC PM accreditations, and CDM Awareness.
