About the role

AECOM is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Civil Infrastructure to join our Dublin office. This role is primarily site-based, with four days on site per week and one day available for remote working. You will bring 15+ years of delivery experience across major civil infrastructure projects, working within a multidisciplinary consultancy environment to provide strategic leadership, oversee project teams, and drive successful delivery from inception through design, procurement, construction, commissioning and close-out. You will play a key leadership role in delivering a major, multi-year capital investment programme transforming a nationally significant infrastructure asset.

AECOM is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Civil Infrastructure to join our Dublin office. This role is primarily site-based, with four days on site per week and one day available for remote working. Responsibilities include: - Overseeing project delivery, managing schedule, interfaces, costs, variations, contracts and risks; developing and maintaining the Project Execution Plan; managing relationships with the Airport Transformation Manager and other key stakeholders; ensuring compliance with performance, quality, safety and governance requirements. - Leading and managing a team of Project Managers, providing direction and support, developing resource plans, mentoring junior staff, and monitoring performance to drive continuous improvement; collaborating with the Programme Director and wider team. - Coordinating the activities of design consultants, technical teams, contractors and external providers; chairing design review meetings; managing design changes; preparing regular performance reports; maintaining the risk register; driving process improvements and governance; managing change control; en
