The successful candidate will have 7+ years' experience delivering major civil infrastructure projects across the full project lifecycle within a multidisciplinary consultancy environment. You will provide strategic leadership, oversee multidisciplinary project teams, and drive the delivery of high-profile developments from inception through design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and close-out. You will play a key leadership role in delivering a major, multi-year capital investment programme transforming a nationally significant infrastructure asset. Key requirements include experience with NEC contracts in a client, contractor, or consultancy setting; a background in aviation or other operationally complex live environments; proven ability to manage cost, schedule, risk, governance, and stakeholder relationships; and a track record of mentoring Project Managers and leading teams.
